Once a booking has been successfully made, cancellations are not allowed. Passes and tickets are non-transferable. However, in case of medical or other special circumstances, transfer requests may be considered. Approval of such requests is entirely at the discretion of the organizer.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed in the following situations: If a payment was successfully made but the booking could not be confirmed due to limited availability or an internal decision by the organizing team. In the event that the organizer cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund. All approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days.
Right to Refuse Admission
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest, even with a valid ticket. In such cases, a refund will not be provided unless deemed necessary by the organizer.
